It’s Crunch Time!!

In December 07 I wrote on this web site of the impending credit crisis – despite many commercial bankers and even other professionals dismissing the idea.  In March 08 I wrote the credit crisis was fully evident and coming upon us quickly – still many had doubts.  Now the headlines have made their way into our businesses and our private lives.  Regional bankers have told me they are not making loans and the disaster on Wall Street has stripped many business owners of personal wealth – wealth used in business downturns to sustain their operations.  This is an unprecedented time and challenge.

What to do?  Don’t wait another 3 months.  Begin your action plan NOW!  Many think that the economic weakening will be the toughest time businesses face – but it will not.  The most difficult time is the economic startup phase – or the beginning of the return to prosperity.
